Check-in was smooth and informative. The room was the perfect setup for the family, comfortable beds. Who does not like the beach and pool areas and all the activities. The staff were outstanding.

The hotel is located with a direct access to the beach within Zona Hotelera, which is home to many restaurants and hotels. There is a bus top right outside the property, which makes it very convenient to get around for those who prefer not to drive. The hotel also offered activities during the day for guests. I like that there were umbrellas and beach chairs for the guests to use. The hotel has a big property and few pools, although usually only main one was open. I was surprised to see that people still preferred the pool to such beautiful beach located right outside their door.

We love the beach and the pool more than anything else, the location is also great and very close to the airport. Breakfast was good, it felt like they were a little understaffed but even then the staff managed to deliver great service.

the view is amazing, the different swimming pools, the outside, the size of the room, the staff, the location at the beginning of the hosteleria zone, more quiet and not with big buildings

The location is Perfect for a family, it has a private beach which gives you the peace from vendors and other tourists walking by. The ocean view room is perfect for a beautiful sunrise. Breakfast spread is great and 5+ star rating for the staff and their hospitality.

Upgraded room with Balcony at no extra charge. All staff worked hard to earn their money. Beach front and the pool was fantastic. Location was perfect for us. Fantastic service from all staff. Food was tasty and fresh. Will definately return to this property for our vacation.

We chose the double deluxe ocean view room and it was great for a group of 4, the ocean view was amazing, the rooms were pretty good, the beach access to the property was amazing, there are restaurants in the hotel and also a poolside bar which serve cocktails and food by the pool and beach which is pretty cool. There are several pools all along the hotel which is good if one pool gets crowded. The location of the hotel is nice, its in the hotel zone but a bit further from other places, so its not too crowded/busy compared to the others situated within the hotel zone. Brenda from the hotel desk was really helpful and sweet, our luggage hadn't made through from our connecting flight and she was very prompt and helpful to contact the airlines and give us timely updates, very warm and great hospitality!
